ZSGame is committed to handling your personal data responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you hold over your data.
These cards summarise the key principles of our data handling practices. They do not replace the full policy text — please read all sections below.
We collect only the personal data that is genuinely necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, verify identity and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not collect data for its own sake.
Your personal data is never sold to third parties for advertising, profiling or any commercial purpose unrelated to the operation of your ZSGame Account. Data is shared with third parties only where strictly necessary and described in this policy.
Personal data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Internal access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel with a legitimate operational need.
You have the right to access, correct, object to and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations. Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe and without charge in ordinary circumstances.
We do not retain personal data indefinitely. Retention periods are set according to the purpose for which data was collected and applicable legal requirements. Data is securely deleted or anonymised once retention periods expire.
When material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, ZSGame will notify registered users via platform notification or email before the revised policy takes effect. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how ZSGame ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") collects, processes, stores, shares and protects the personal data of users ("you", "User") who access or use the ZSGame website, mobile platform, games, betting markets and associated services (collectively, "the Services").
By registering an Account, accessing the Services or providing personal information to ZSGame in any form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.
ZSGame serves users across Pakistan — including players based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — as well as users in other jurisdictions. This Policy applies to all users regardless of location.
Note for Pakistan-Based Users: Pakistan's primary data protection framework is still developing. This Policy is drafted in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles. ZSGame does not represent that this Policy satisfies the requirements of any specific Pakistani statute, as comprehensive data protection legislation in Pakistan remains subject to legislative evolution. Users should consult independent legal counsel for advice on their data rights under applicable Pakistani law.
In this Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

ZSGame collects Personal Data through multiple channels: directly from you at registration and during Account use; automatically through your use of the platform; and from third-party sources where lawfully permitted.

ZSGame may receive Personal Data from third-party identity verification services, fraud prevention databases and payment processors in connection with KYC verification and transaction monitoring. Such data is used solely for those purposes.

Pakistan Payment Context: References to payment methods familiar to Pakistan users — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah — are for contextual clarity only. Sharing of financial data with any payment processor occurs solely to execute the transaction you have initiated. These providers do not receive data for marketing, profiling or purposes beyond transaction execution. They do not endorse ZSGame or gambling services.
ZSGame retains Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

When retention periods expire, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes.
ZSGame implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration or destruction. These measures include:
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While ZSGame takes all reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses a significant risk to affected users, ZSGame will notify those users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
ZSGame uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences and collect analytical information about how the Services are used.
You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Services from functioning correctly. Subject to applicable law and certain exemptions (including our legal obligations to retain data under AML regulations), you have the following rights in respect of your Personal Data held by ZSGame:
Request a copy of the Personal Data ZSGame holds about you, along with information about how it is used and with whom it is shared.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held on your Account without undue delay.
Request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected, subject to legal retention obligations that may apply.
Request that ZSGame restricts processing of your data in certain circumstances, for example while the accuracy of data is being verified.
Object to processing of your Personal Data carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
Receive a structured, machine-readable copy of Personal Data provided by you and processed by automated means, where technically feasible.
Withdraw consent for consent-based processing (e.g., marketing communications) at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

ZSGame's Services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. ZSGame does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement.
Where ZSGame becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a user who does not meet the minimum age requirement, that data will be deleted promptly, the Account closed and any deposits returned to the payment source in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.

ZSGame and its Data Processors may store and process Personal Data in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, ZSGame ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:
