🛡️ Player Protection
Gambling is entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a solution to money problems, and not something that should cause distress. ZSGame provides the tools, information and support pathways to help every player stay in control. If you are struggling, please use these resources now.
Our Approach
For ZSGame, responsible gambling is not a regulatory checkbox. It shapes how the platform is built, what features are prioritised and how support staff are trained to respond.
Pakistan has a large, enthusiastic sports-following population — cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC — and many players enjoy betting on these events as part of how they engage with the sport. ZSGame respects that. At the same time, the platform is not designed to maximise compulsive play. Entertainment with awareness is the standard we hold ourselves to.
The tools described on this page are built into the platform rather than buried in a secondary settings menu. You should never need to contact support just to set a deposit limit — it is available directly from your Account dashboard.
Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — and across Pakistan — should also be aware that local laws governing online gambling apply to them independently of these platform tools. ZSGame does not claim government authorisation and this page does not constitute legal advice.
Gambling should be a leisure activity with a fixed entertainment budget — never treated as a way to earn money, recover financial losses or solve financial difficulties. Every session should start with an amount you can comfortably afford to lose entirely.
How long you spend gambling matters as much as how much you spend. Setting session time limits prevents extended play that erodes both money and decision-making clarity. ZSGame's reality check notifications can help you track time in session.
Casino games and sports markets are designed so that the operator holds a statistical edge over time. There is no guaranteed winning strategy. Decisions made under emotional stress — chasing losses after a bad run, increasing stakes to recover — typically accelerate losses, not reverse them.
Problem gambling affects more than the individual. Financial strain, relationship pressure and stress can extend to families and close contacts. Keeping gambling within defined boundaries — and stopping when those boundaries feel difficult to hold — protects your household as well as yourself.
All users must confirm their age at registration. ZSGame may request a CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID at any time to verify age before processing a withdrawal.
Where age cannot be confirmed from registration data alone, ZSGame suspends deposit access pending document submission. Accounts confirmed as underage are closed immediately with deposits returned.
If you share devices with minors, ensure that your ZSGame account is not accessible to them. Log out after each session and use device-level PIN or parental control software where available.
Built-In Controls
All of the following tools are accessible directly from your ZSGame Account settings panel. No support ticket is needed to set limits — only to increase them (increases may have a mandatory cooling-off period).
Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount in PKR or your account currency. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases require a cooling-off period before activation — this is intentional and non-negotiable.
Cap the total amount you can lose within a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once your loss limit is reached for the period, your account will be restricted from further wager placement until the period resets.
Define a maximum session length. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out. You can also set reality check intervals — periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.
Take a short break from gambling — 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or one month — without permanently closing your account. During a cool-off period, you cannot deposit or wager. The break cannot be reversed once activated.
Permanently or for a defined extended period, block yourself from the platform entirely. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and cannot be reversed until the chosen period has fully elapsed — no exceptions.
How to Activate
Self-exclusion is ZSGame's strongest player protection tool. Use it without hesitation if you feel that gambling is becoming difficult to control. Steps below:
Navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion. Choose a period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or indefinite.
Email [email protected] (plain text — not a link) with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request" and your registered username. Support will process your request as a priority.
You will receive confirmation once self-exclusion is active. Your account will be locked, marketing communications will be suppressed, and any pending bonuses will be removed.
Reinstatement is only possible after the full exclusion period has elapsed. A mandatory cooling-off reflection process applies before any reinstatement is considered. There is no fast-track reversal.
Important: If you self-exclude from ZSGame, please also consider applying for self-exclusion from any other gambling platforms you use. ZSGame's exclusion covers only the ZSGame platform and its affiliated services.
Know the Signs
Problem gambling often develops gradually. Recognising these signs early — in yourself or someone close to you — is the first step toward regaining control.
Spending more money or more time gambling than you planned, repeatedly.
Chasing losses — continuing to gamble in an attempt to recover money you have already lost.
Hiding gambling activity from family members or lying about the amount spent.
Feeling anxious, irritable or depressed when you are not gambling or when you try to stop.
Borrowing money, selling possessions or neglecting bills in order to fund gambling.
Withdrawing from friends, family and social activities because of gambling preoccupation.
Believing that a "system" or special strategy will eventually produce guaranteed winnings.
Gambling at unusual hours — late nights, early mornings — as a way to escape stress or negative emotions.
Failed attempts to cut back or stop gambling, even when you recognise it is causing harm.
If you recognise three or more of these signs in your own behaviour, it is strongly advisable to take a break immediately and contact a responsible gambling support service. Use ZSGame's self-exclusion tool to prevent access to the platform while you seek support.
Self-Check
This is not a clinical diagnostic tool. It is a personal reflection exercise. Honest answers help you assess whether your gambling habits remain recreational.
Have you ever gambled with money that was meant for essential expenses — rent, groceries, utility bills, household needs?
Have you ever returned to gambling the next day specifically to try to win back money you lost the previous day?
Do you find yourself thinking about gambling — planning your next session, replaying past outcomes — when you are supposed to be focused on other things?
Have you borrowed money from family members, friends or any source specifically to fund gambling?
Have you ever felt the need to increase your stakes to get the same level of excitement from gambling?
Has gambling caused conflict, tension or concern within your family or close relationships?
Have you tried to stop or cut down on gambling and found that you could not — even when you genuinely intended to?
Do you gamble as a way to escape from problems, stress, loneliness or negative emotional states?
If you answered "yes" to two or more of these questions, we encourage you to pause gambling immediately, use ZSGame's self-exclusion or cooling-off tools, and seek support from a responsible gambling organisation. This questionnaire is for reflection only and does not replace professional assessment.
Practical Guidance
A responsible gambling budget is not the money you hope to win — it is the money you are prepared to lose entirely, without affecting your household obligations or financial wellbeing.
For context: if your monthly household income is PKR 50,000 and your essential expenses total PKR 40,000, your discretionary entertainment budget is PKR 10,000. Gambling should represent only a fraction of that — the amount you would spend on any other leisure activity. It is not the entire discretionary budget.
Once your gambling budget for the session, day, week or month is spent — stop. Do not reload. Do not rationalise. The platform will still be there when the next budgeted period begins. ZSGame's deposit limit tool enforces this boundary automatically once you configure it.
| Principle | What It Means in Practice |
|---|---|
| Fixed Entertainment Budget | Decide your gambling budget for the month before you deposit. Treat it the same way you budget for cinema tickets or a meal out — a capped leisure expense, not an investment. |
| Never Chase Losses | If you reach your session or day limit, close the platform. The instinct to "win it back" is where recreational gambling becomes problematic gambling. The next hand, spin or match will not reliably reverse a bad run. |
| Set Limits Before You Log In | Decisions made before a session starts are more rational than decisions made mid-session after a loss. Configure your deposit and loss limits when your judgment is not influenced by active play. |
| Winnings Are Not Income | If you win, treat a portion of the winnings as a bonus to be withdrawn — not as a larger bankroll for higher stakes. Reinvesting all winnings continuously is how entertainment budgets erode quickly. |
| Track Your Actual Spend | Review your transaction history regularly in your ZSGame Account. Seeing your actual deposit and withdrawal figures over a month gives a clearer picture than session-by-session impressions. |
| Never Borrow to Gamble | Gambling with borrowed money — whether from a bank, JazzCash/Easypaisa credit feature, or a family member — transforms entertainment risk into financial obligation. Do not do it. |
Support Pathways
If gambling is causing distress, financial harm or relationship difficulties, please reach out to a support organisation. These resources provide confidential guidance independent of any gambling operator.
GamCare is an internationally recognised responsible gambling support organisation. It provides information, advice and counselling for people affected by gambling harm. GamCare's resources include an online advice service and a confidential helpline. Search "GamCare" online to locate current contact information.
Gamblers Anonymous operates worldwide and provides a peer-support programme for individuals who wish to stop gambling. Meetings are confidential and available in multiple formats, including online. Search "Gamblers Anonymous" to find a local or online meeting relevant to your situation.
For users experiencing severe emotional distress related to financial or gambling problems, Befrienders Worldwide operates a global network of crisis support centres. In Pakistan, the Umang helpline provides mental health and crisis support services. Search "Umang helpline Pakistan" for current contact details.
Pakistan's public health system includes mental health services through provincial health departments. If you are in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or other major cities, your nearest district health authority or public hospital may have a mental health or addiction support service available.
ZSGame's own support team can activate self-exclusion, remove marketing communications, apply account restrictions and signpost to external resources. Email [email protected] (plain text — not a link) with the subject "Responsible Gambling Request" for priority handling. Available 24/7.
Speaking openly with a trusted family member or friend about gambling difficulties is a genuine first step. Shame and secrecy are common barriers — removing them, even partially, often changes how manageable the problem feels. You do not need to reach a crisis point before talking to someone.
Disclaimer: ZSGame mentions these organisations for informational purposes only. We do not have a formal partnership or referral agreement with any of them. We are not responsible for the content, availability or accuracy of external support services. Contact details for external organisations should be verified independently, as they may change over time.

Being 18 or older does not, by itself, make online gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including any provincial or local regulations beyond the federal framework.
