These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ZSGame platform. Please read this document carefully before registering, depositing or placing any wager. By accessing ZSGame you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be 18 or older (or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction), provide accurate personal information and hold only one account per person. Registering false details is grounds for immediate account closure.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Wagering multipliers, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry windows are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made through methods available in your cashier. Minimum amounts, processing windows and KYC requirements apply. Withdrawals must be to accounts in the same name as your registered ZSGame account.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated tools, exploitation of software errors, money laundering and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. ZSGame reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
You have access to deposit limits, loss limits, time limits and self-exclusion tools. ZSGame may impose limits or suspend accounts where problem gambling indicators are identified. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for confirming that accessing ZSGame is lawful in their jurisdiction. ZSGame does not represent that use is lawful in Pakistan or any other territory. Access from restricted jurisdictions is a breach of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ZSGame ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the ZSGame website, mobile platform, games, betting markets and associated services (collectively, "the Services").
By registering an account, depositing funds, accepting any bonus or placing any wager on ZSGame, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
ZSGame makes the Services available for entertainment purposes. These Terms apply to all users regardless of location, including players based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other cities and regions of Pakistan. ZSGame does not represent that use of the Services is lawful in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation complies with applicable local law.
Legal Notice for Pakistan Users: Online gambling is subject to restriction under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable provincial legislation. ZSGame does not claim authorisation, endorsement or licensing by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. This document does not constitute legal advice. You must seek independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about your obligations under Pakistani law.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

| "Balance" | The total of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in a User's Account at any given time. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Funds credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. |
| "Real Money Funds" | Funds deposited by the User using a supported payment method and credited to the Account for wagering purposes. |
| "Services" | The ZSGame website, mobile platform, online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products and all associated features. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer verification — the process of confirming a User's identity, age and payment method ownership to comply with anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention requirements. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The minimum number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it can be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. |
| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary account restriction mechanism by which a User can prevent access to the Services for a defined or indefinite period. |
| "Prohibited Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which the operator has determined that providing the Services is unlawful or for which the platform is not licensed to operate. |
| "PKR" | Pakistani Rupee — the currency used for illustrative reference where applicable on the ZSGame platform. |
To register and maintain an Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions continuously:
Age Verification: ZSGame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Pending verification, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended. If verification confirms that a User is underage, all funds may be returned to the payment source and the Account permanently closed.
You must provide truthful, current and complete information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including a false name, date of birth, address or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ZSGame will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, contact ZSGame support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).
Each individual may hold only one Account. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared device, IP address, payment method, identity document or other indicator — ZSGame reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bets placed from duplicate accounts, and retain Bonus Funds.
An Account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ZSGame reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Users will be notified in advance of any such deduction. Dormancy fees will not reduce an Account balance below zero.
All deposits must be made using payment methods available in the ZSGame cashier at the time of your session. The availability of any specific payment method — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or cryptocurrency — is determined solely by the operator and may change without notice.
Payment Provider Disclaimer: References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual references familiar to Pakistan-based users. These providers do not endorse, facilitate or guarantee gambling transactions. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of ZSGame or of gambling activity. Users must verify that their payment provider permits the intended transaction type under the provider's own terms.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a request is processed:

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access or permanent account closure with funds retained pending regulatory review.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. ZSGame will endeavour to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier, but accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or network issues.
ZSGame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
Illustrative Figures: Any bonus amounts cited on this platform (e.g., "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000") are illustrative examples only. They do not represent current live promotions or guaranteed offer values. Actual promotions, PKR caps and wagering terms are determined solely by the operator and may change at any time.
All bets placed on ZSGame — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, esports and all casino games — are subject to the following general rules:

ZSGame reserves the right to impose limits or close accounts where it reasonably believes a User may be experiencing problem gambling, regardless of whether the User has requested such intervention.

All content on the ZSGame platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, logos, user interface design, sound elements and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ZSGame or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ZSGame content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZSGame's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be limited to the Real Money Funds balance held in the User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ZSGame's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests must be completed and any active wagering requirements must be resolved. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
ZSGame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure for cause, ZSGame reserves the right to retain all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Verified Real Money Funds held in the Account at the time of closure for cause will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the operator's AML procedures.
ZSGame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZSGame will provide notice via platform notification, email or a prominent notice on the website. The date of the most recent revision is shown in the version header at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be referred to arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction in accordance with the operator's licensing terms.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that ZSGame does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority and that no representation has been made to that effect. This clause does not constitute legal advice. Users should seek independent legal counsel regarding their rights and obligations under Pakistani law.
